Shipping
To ensure prompt delivery of your order, WRITE YOUR STORY relies on the best express couriers selected based on the destination region and product type.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping is free within Italy. Shipping times from order confirmation are 5 business days for non-personalized products and 15 business days for personalized products.
All international orders They are managed individually with a personalized estimate of times and costs that will be provided to the Customer via email.
Following Brexit, from 1 January 2021, deliveries to the UK will be subject to customs duties on orders over £135.
Once your product ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your order via the designated courier.
Neither “WRITE YOUR STORY” nor the courier are responsible if the delivery address indicated is incorrect or incomplete.
Returns and refunds
The customer may request a return of the products within 14 days of receipt , in accordance with the right of withdrawal. The products must be returned intact, unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the box and dust bag.
For all products that have undergone a personalized process, returns or exchanges are not permitted in accordance with current legislation (Article 59 of the Consumer Code). This applies to all bags containing a personalized pouch with a message chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
Our products are handcrafted. Small variations are a sign of the uniqueness and craftsmanship of the product, which is made with delicate leathers and materials. Therefore, their surfaces are subject to variations and scratches, which should not be considered defects.
Any manufacturing defect will be considered only on a one-time basis with valid proof of purchase.
To exercise this right, simply send a written email to info@writeyourstory.com. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must send the goods via tracked shipping to the address indicated by WRITE YOUR STORY in the email. All risks associated with the return shipment are borne by the customer. If the goods have not been received by WRITE YOUR STORY, a refund or exchange will not be possible.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method and in the same currency used for the purchase.
